- Company registration and business licenses
- Safety records and compliance status
- Equipment availability and condition
- Pricing accuracy or availability
All information displayed on user profiles and listings is self-reported by users. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement or transaction with another user.
Reviews and Ratings
Reviews and ratings displayed on the Platform are submitted by individual users and represent their subjective opinions and experiences. AxisMaxis does not verify the accuracy of reviews or guarantee that they reflect the actual quality of service provided by any user.
Reliability scores, on-time percentages, and other performance metrics are calculated based on user-submitted data and should be considered as informational only — not as guarantees of future performance.

AxisMaxis does not guarantee:
- The availability, quality, safety, or legality of any transportation services
- The accuracy or completeness of any listing or user profile
- That any user will fulfill their obligations in a transaction

- Verify the user's operating authority through the FMCSA SAFER system
