All transactions, agreements, and arrangements are made directly between users. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any agreement with another user.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings
Maintain all required licenses, permits, insurance, and authority for your operations
Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any agreement with another user
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Not use the Platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or capabilities

4. User-Provided Information

Information displayed on user profiles — including but not limited to MC/DOT numbers, insurance documentation, company details, reviews, and ratings — is provided by users and has not been independently verified by AxisMaxis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any user-provided information.

Reviews and ratings reflect the subjective opinions of individual users and do not represent the views or endorsements of AxisMaxis.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AXISMAXIS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXISMAXIS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

Your use of or inability to use the Platform
Any transaction or relationship between you and any other user
Any content or information obtained from the Platform
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AxisMaxis, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.
